Property layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also included in this new document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a key detailing distinct sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
